Purafil to Exhibit in Second Annual Gulf Wastewater Summit in Dubai, UAE Gas-phase air filtration leader, Purafil, Inc. will bring its expertise in odor and corrosion control technologies to the 2012 Gulf Summit in Dubai. Purafil, Inc Exhibited at the 2012 Municipalika Tradeshow Purafil’s local representatives attended the 2012 Municipalika Show in Chennai, India from January 23 to January 25, 2012. Municipalika is India’s only event on city infrastructure and sustainable urban development. The event which was concurrent with CleanTech India was comprised of an international conference on “Good Urban Governance for Safe, Healthy, Green, Inclusive and Smart Cities,” as well as international exhibitions on “City Infrastructure and Sustainable Urban Development.” Purafil exhibited at Booth #A18 and was featured on page 13 of the February issue of Urban News Digest (UND).  Purafil's new GridBLOK™ technology was recently received the Dealer Design Award (DDA) Gold Award for Indoor Air Quality The annual competition is sponsored by The Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration (ACHR) News and the product coverage was published in the July 13 issue of The News magazine. An independent panel of 41 contractors acted as judges in the contest that had 124 entries from 84 different brands. Winning entries in the Dealer Design Awards were featured in the July 13, 2009 issue of The ACHR News, which is distributed nationally to over 33,000 HVACR contractors, wholesalers, and other industry professionals.

Purafil ESD develops Odorcarb™ Ultra, which has the highest removal capacity for hydrogen sulfide gas on the market Odorcarb Ultra is the first activated alumina media with the ability to remove 0.30 grams of hydrogen sulfide per cubic centimeter of media. Odorcarb Ultra replaces Odorcarb II as the primary component of Purafil ESD’s odor control applications. Similar to its predecessor, the new, improved media also contains the Media Life Indicator Pellets (patent-pending). The blue pellets appear white after chemisorption to distinguish new media from spent media. Odorcarb Ultra is UL classified and landfill disposable. |
